TIK VERSUS TOK

Although I loathe TikTok, I decided that if Im going to continue doing other social media, especially YouTube shorts, then it doesn't hurt to do that as well.
To be frank, TikTok surprised me. Not with its content, but how much easier it is to gain a following there. Solar Rift's videos are getting lots more traffic than Youtube or Twitter, and the SR channel is gaining lots of new followers daily. Most people seem to love listening to the Audiobook excerpts, which surprised me again, considering they are all a minute long and TikTok has a reputation for the more... attention challenged amongst us.
The booktok community there is also surprisingly strong.
Work on 2121 is progressing well. Considering I also currently have the added workload of building a vocal booth for doing narration and voice over work, I'm surprised its going so smoothly.
I'm also slowly looking into finding new artists that are talented enough to pull off some new, more 'dynamic' images of the main characters. Raz and Namazu simply have to be seen on their superbike, Suzi. And Zarina and Dieter need an action pose at the helm of their new ship, the Enceladus.
So 2023 should bring about a good few new and exciting images that will really show off the action to come in the next book.
